Tour Booking Terms and Conditions

Advance Booking Customers must make a reservation at least 1–3 days before the travel date.

The booking will be confirmed once our team confirms and/or payment proof is provided.

Payment

Full payment or a minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.

The remaining balance must be paid on the tour day before departure.

Cancellation and Refund

Cancel at least 3 days in advance to receive a full refund.

Cancel within 24 hours before the tour — no refund will be issued.

No-shows without prior notice will be considered as forfeited bookings, and no refund will be given.

Date Changes

Tour dates may be changed once, with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Special Requirements

Please inform our staff in advance of any dietary restrictions, medical conditions, or special needs. The company reserves the right to alter the program, schedule, or cancel the tour in cases of force majeure, such as bad weather or emergencies.
